ProcAP was founded by Roberto Figueroa and Erick Ovalles to produce minimally processed fresh food using HPP technology without using chemicals or preservatives.

Situated in the heart of the agricultural region of Sinaloa, ProcAP is part of the Doble RR Group, a vertically integrated food production company with over 17 years of experience in production & distribution of agricultural products in North America. 

ProcAP is a pioneer in using HPP technology in this region and recently entered into a strategic partnership with NÜTY Foods to license its IP to produce prepared food products.
